This service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is designed to help you prepare for the CDL written exam in the USA. The Service is free for users.
The Service does not guarantee that you will encounter identical question wording on the exam. Its purpose is to help you understand the underlying concepts and theory so that alternative phrasing of questions does not cause confusion. By using the Service, you agree that it is provided “as is” (as is), and the owners of the Service are not responsible for any results obtained during or as a result of its use.
Upon registration, you provide your email address, which must be verified via a link sent to the specified address. Your email address is stored in our database solely for providing access to the Service. We do not share it with third parties or use it for advertising mailings. You have the ability to change your password and/or delete your account in your personal dashboard at any time. Once your account is deleted, we cease processing your data.
We use essential cookies for your convenience (for example, to maintain your session and ensure proper operation of your personal dashboard). If you wish, you can disable or restrict the use of cookies in your browser settings, although some features of the Service may not function correctly.
To ensure stable operation, analytics, and advertising, we may use the following Google tools. Please note that Google may collect and process data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager for convenient management of scripts and tags (for example, analytics and advertising codes). Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data, but it may load other scripts that do collect data (such as Google Analytics).
Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to analyze how you interact with our Service (pages visited, time spent on the site, device type, IP address, etc.). Data collected by Google Analytics helps us improve the content and functionality of the Service. If you do not want Google Analytics to track your activity, you can install the official browser extension or set up cookie blocking.
Google Search Console. We use Google Search Console to monitor the performance of the Service in the Google search engine, fix indexing errors, and improve visibility. Google Search Console does not collect personal data of users; we only see aggregated statistical data about search queries and indexing.
Google AdSense. Ads may be displayed on the pages of the Service through Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies to show more relevant ads. If you do not want to receive personalized ads, you can adjust your settings in Google.
Google Ads. We may use Google Ads for advertising the Service or remarketing. This means that when you visit our Service, Google may use cookies to display ads to you on other websites. You can disable personalized advertising in your Google settings.
We store your email address and password (in encrypted form) to provide access to the Service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. If you wish to restrict or prohibit the use of cookies, you can do so through your browser settings.
We may update these Service Rules from time to time to reflect changes in functionality, legislation, or Google's policies. All changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on our Service. We recommend that you regularly check this page to stay informed of any changes.
